General Conditions of Sale
1) The company (seller) Grupo Sans & Dicanals Mobiliario S.L. (Grupo SDM) is a registered trademark and limited company of Spanish nationality with registered office at street 15 Ignacio Aldecoa, 29004. Málaga (Spain), with N.I.F: ES B-92468081. It is the one that makes the sales of its products individually both in its commercial premises and online through the Internet and its website www.gruposdm.com
The general contracting conditions of Grupo SDM for Internet sales are those specified below. They will apply to any purchase made during the period in which these conditions appear published on the Grupo SDM website www.gruposdm.com
Grupo SDM reserves the right to modify the contractual offer, constituted by these general conditions and the list of products and prices at any time. However, said modifications will not apply to contracts already made.
2) Sales system.
We only sell wholesale. We only give prices -wholesalers -to professionals -individuals and legal entities- in the decoration and equipment sector. As, for example, we indicate some:
a). - Factories, Wholesalers, Importers, Exporters and Shops of furniture for home, offices, hotels and other communities.
b). - Shops and warehouses for decorative items and gifts, paintings, computers, technical stationery, lamps, industrial supplies, etc.
c). - Architects, decorators, interior architects.
d). - Professionals in trade fair stand decoration, furniture rental, chairs, etc.
e). - Purchasing centers for business groups in the aforementioned sectors.
f ). - Large consumers - hotels, restaurants, franchise centers, supermarkets, etc.
Before sending prices or access keys to our website, we can request a copy of the registration of economic activity in some of the sectors indicated above via fax or email and we demand that we have all the necessary tax information:
1.- Name and surname or business name of the physical or legal person.
2.- Address: Street, Town, Province, Country and postal code.
3.- Telephone, email address and website if you have it.
4.- Tax Identification Number and VAT and whether or not it has an equivalence surcharge.
To make a purchase, the customer must first register, using the Email and Password that he decides. Once registered, we will proceed to verify that we have all the tax data and registration of economic activities. If everything is correct, as soon as possible we will give you access so that you can know the prices of each item on our website and through a few simple steps you will be able to buy the item or items you want in a simple and safe way. Steps to make the purchase:
To search for the item you want to buy, you have several options:

The payment method will always be by "Proforma Invoice". Since the web does not have a payment gateway.
Once verified that all the data is correct, you can finalize the order through the "Buy now" tab.
You will automatically receive an email that your purchase has been processed correctly. And later you will receive the proforma invoice with the total valuation of the order.
Take into account that the merchandise ordered through proforma is reserved for 96 working hours. After this period, if confirmation is not received, it is automatically canceled with prior notice.
Said contracting shall be understood to be carried out at the address of Grupo SDM in Spain.

3) Taxes
The prices of the products displayed on the website www.gruposdm.com - DO NOT include Value Added Tax (VAT). Purchases made by VAT taxpayers, established in the Member States of the European Union (except Spain*), will be exempt from the aforementioned tax as long as they send a copy of their VAT / TIN (Tax Identification Number) in advance. Purchases made by individuals or legal entities residing in countries that are not members of the European Union, the Canary Islands*, Ceuta* and Melilla* will be exempt from VAT.
Purchases made by natural or legal persons, domiciled in countries other than those mentioned, are exempt from VAT.
4) Delivery time.
In general, we have large quantities in stock, but given the great diversity of products, it is possible that there are occasional stock breaks in some models.
On the website we inform about the stock of each model, this information is in real time. Grupo SDM will not accept penalties for delays in delivery as long as there is no written agreement signed by both parties that so determines.
5) Shipping and conditions.

All customers can pick up the merchandise at our central warehouses located at St. Hemingway nº20, PC: 29004, Málaga. Spain. From 48 hours after the confirmation of your order. If you need more urgently collection, always consult.
If you are interested in knowing the prices of transport to the destination of the order outside of Spain, you must indicate the delivery address: name of the customer, name of the street, number, city, code, province and a telephone number as well as the name of the person who will receive the order.

If the goods are received in poor condition, you must indicate this on the delivery note.
Since this moment, YOU HAVE 24 HOURS to notify Grupo SDM of the incident by email to logistica@gruposdm.com (even if it was notified on the carrier's delivery note).
Our SHIPMENTS ARE INSURED to cover possible damages caused by transport, for this reason without this notification procedure, we cannot consider your claims for material damages.
Merchandise returns will only be accepted with prior written authorization from Grupo SDM. Returns, replacements or exchanges are not allowed if the original packaging is not available, an essential requirement.
Products manufactured on demand are excluded from return. The merchandise will be delivered on the ground floor or concierge, excluding other types of delivery such as flats, attics, etc. Consult land transport regulations
6) Form of payment.
The payment will be always by bank transfer. For greater agility in the preparation of the order, you must send the transfer receipt via email or fax.

8) Legislation and conflict resolution.
The sales made by Grupo Sans & Dicanals Mobiliario S.L. are subject to Spanish law. In case of any conflict or discrepancy, the applicable jurisdiction will be for Grupo Sans & Dicanals Mobiliario S.L. that of Malaga (Spain). Grupo SDM reserves the right to make technical, measurement and price changes.
